Acknowledgment of Grant. In accepting this option, the Employee acknowledges that the Employee has received a copy of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, has reviewed the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A, in their entirety and fully understands and accepts all provisions of the Plan and the Award Agreement, including this Appendix A.
