The bargaining Unit Member shall acknowledge receipt of all documents intended for placement in his/her personnel file in the manner set forth in the “Personnel File” Article 7, Section 7.1.4 of this Agreement. Notice may also be documented by utilizing registered mail to transmit true copies of documents to be filed, return receipt requested.
