Common use of Acknowledgment of Rent Commencement Date Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgment of Rent Commencement Date. Promptly following the Rent Commencement Date, Landlord and Tenant shall execute a written acknowledgment of the Rent Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (with appropriate insertions), which acknowledgment shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, the failure of either party to execute such a written acknowledgment shall not affect the determination of the Rent Commencement Date, Termination Date and related matters in accordance with the provisions of this Lease.
