Term Commencement Date. A. The date that Sublandlord delivers possession of the Additional Subleased Premises to Subtenant shall be the “Delivery Date.” It is presently anticipated, but not guaranteed, that Sublandlord will deliver possession of the Additional Subleased Premises to Subtenant on or before July 18, 2015 (the “Estimated Delivery Date”). Sublandlord agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain timely possession of the Additional Subleased Premises from the current occupant. If delivery of possession is delayed or does not otherwise occur by the Estimated Delivery Date, this Second Amendment shall not be void or voidable (except as set forth below), nor shall Sublandlord be liable to Subtenant for any loss or damage resulting therefrom. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in this Second Amendment, in the event Sublandlord is unable to deliver the Additional Subleased Premises to Subtenant by January 1, 2016, Subtenant shall have the right to terminate this Second Amendment by providing Sublandlord with written notice within ten (10) business days of such date.
B. Commencing on the Delivery Date and continuing thereafter until the Additional Subleased Premises Commencement Date (as defined below), Subtenant may access the Additional Subleased Premises solely for the purpose of preparing the Additional Subleased Premises for Subtenant’s occupancy (including the installation of telecommunications wiring, cabling and furniture), without the payment of Base Rent or Additional Rent, provided that all other provisions of the Sublease shall be in full force and effect.
C. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.A above, the Term of the Sublease for the Additional Subleased Premises (“Additional Subleased Premises Term”) shall commence on the earlier of (i) forty-five (45) days following the Delivery Date, or (ii) the date that Subtenant commences business operations from the Additional Subleased Premises (the “Additional Subleased Premises Commencement Date”). The Additional Subleased Premises Term shall expire simultaneously with the expiration of the Term for the Original Subleased Premises under the Original Sublease.
D. Following the Additional Subleased Premises Commencement Date, Sublandlord may prepare and deliver to Subtenant a commencement letter in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto (the “Commencement Letter”), confirming the Additional Subleased Premises Commencement Date, the Base Rent payable for the Additional Subleased Premises Term ...
Term Commencement Date. The term of this Agreement shall commence on , 2020 (the “Commencement Date”) and, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, shall end on June 30, 2055 (the “Term”).
Term Commencement Date. 2.1. The term of this Agreement shall be from the Effective Date through three (3) years thereafter, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Paragraph 8. Additionally, the Village Manager may renew this Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods on the same terms as set forth herein upon written notice to the Contractor.
2.2. Contractor agrees that time is of the essence and Contractor shall complete the Services within the timeframes set forth in the Statement of Work and the Notice to Proceed for each Project in the manner provided in this Agreement, unless extended by the Village Manager.
Term Commencement Date. 2.1 This Agreement shall become effective upon execution by both Parties and shall remain in effect through September 30, 2019, unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 8, below. The City Manager may extend the term of this Agreement up to an additional 180 days by written notice to Consultant.
2.2 Consultant agrees that time is of the essence and Consultant shall provide Services within the timeframe provided by the City Manager.
Term Commencement Date. Subject to Section 2.3, the initial term of this Lease (the “Initial Term”) shall commence on Sunday, July 1, 2018 (the “Commencement Date”), and shall expire 11:59 p.m., Pacific Time, on the fifteenth (15th) anniversary of the On-Line Date (as defined below), unless earlier terminated pursuant to this Lease. Thereafter, the Term (as defined below) shall automatically be extended (the “Extended Term”) on an annual basis (i.e. for successive periods of one
(1) year each) for up to an additional fifteen years (15 yrs.) unless either party gives the other party written notice of the noticing party’s election not to renew the Lease at least four months (4 mos.) prior to the expiration of the Term. The Initial Term and the Extended Term are collectively referred to as the “Term.” The term “On-Line Date” means: (i) if the term “Commercial On-Line Date” is defined in the Energy Agreement, then such date; or, (ii) if the term “Commercial On-Line Date” is not defined in the Energy Agreement, then the date designated under the Energy Agreement as the first date on which Tenant is authorized to begin selling, injecting or transporting product thereunder.

Term Commencement Date. Tenant’s obligation to pay Basic Monthly Rent and other amounts due under this Lease shall commence on the Commencement Date unless otherwise set forth in the definition of “Basic Monthly Rent”, and shall be for the Term. Within ten (10) business days after the Commencement Date, the Parties shall execute an acknowledgement of the Commencement Date, the Expiration Date and the Basic Monthly Rent schedule, which acknowledgement shall be deemed to be a part of this Lease and, to the extent applicable, shall serve to amend this Lease.
Term Commencement Date. The “Initial Term” of this Lease shall be as set forth in Section 7 of the Basic Lease Information and shall commence as of the Commencement Date set forth in Section 7 of the Basic Lease Information. The Initial Term together with the Extension Term(s), if any, are collectively referred to herein as the “Term.”
Term Commencement Date. The earlier of (a) the later of (x) the date specified by Landlord in the notice delivered pursuant to Section 7.03 or (y) the Substantial Completion Date, or (b) any other date for such commencement determined in accordance with said Article 7, or (c) the date on which Tenant first occupies the Premises for the Permitted Uses.
