Common use of Acknowledgments by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Acknowledgments by Tenant. Tenant agrees that: (a) Tenant has notice that the Lease and the rent and all other sums due under the Lease have been or are to be assigned to Beneficiary as security for the Loan. In the event that Beneficiary notifies Tenant of a default under the Deed of Trust and requests Tenant to pay its rent and all other sums due under the Lease to Beneficiary, Tenant shall pay such sums directly to Beneficiary or as Beneficiary may otherwise request.
