Acquisition Discussion. (i) Each Requirement will have an associated Acquisition Discussion that will commence upon Buyer advising Seller of Buyer’s Tentative Requirement Schedule and shall end when a Cargo or Cargoes covering the Requirement are Supplied to Buyer.
