Common use of Acquisition of Additional Subject Securities Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Additional Subject Securities. The Securityholder agrees, while this Agreement is in effect, to promptly notify Parent of the number of any additional Subject Securities of which the Securityholder acquires Ownership, if any, after the date hereof. Any such Subject Securities shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement as though Owned by the Securityholder on the date hereof.

Acquisition of Additional Subject Securities.
