Acquisition of Minority Ownership. If you acquire an entity and become the minority owner of such entity (i.e. ownership of 50% or less of the assets and/or voting shares of an entity), then such entity shall not be included in your Deployment Right and shall not be entitled to access or use the Deployment Programs and the Deployment Programs may not be accessed or used for the benefit of such entities.
