Common use of Acquisition of Services and Supplies Clause in Contracts

In obtaining services, supplies and personnel for or on behalf of the Practice pursuant to this Professional Business Management Agreement, Professional Business Manager shall be authorized to obtain such services, supplies and personnel from an affiliate of Professional Business Manager provided that the Office Expenses which are incurred by or on behalf of the Professional Business Manager shall be consistent with the expenses of optical dispensaries similar in size, type, and operations in the Commonwealth.
