Common use of Acquisition of Services and Supplies Clause in Contracts

Acquisition of Services and Supplies. In obtaining services, supplies and personnel for or on behalf of the Practice pursuant to this Retail Business Management Agreement, Retail Business Manager shall be authorized to obtain such services, supplies and personnel from an affiliate of Retail Business Manager; provided that the Dispensary Expenses which are incurred by or on behalf of the Retail Business Manager shall be consistent with the expenses of optical dispensaries similar in size, type, and operations in the Commonwealth.
