Common use of Acquisition Transaction Clause in Contracts

Acquisition Transaction. (a) Contemporaneously with the initial extension of credit hereunder: (i) cause all transactions contemplated by the Acquisition Documents to be consummated; (ii) cause the Acquisition Transaction and the Merger to become effective; and (iii) furnish evidence thereof to Agent, as well as certified (as of the Closing Date) true and complete copies of the Acquisition Documents, which shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and for which all necessary approvals shall have been obtained in connection therewith.

Acquisition Transaction. (a) Contemporaneously with the initial extension extensions of credit hereunder: (i) cause all transactions contemplated by the Acquisition Documents to be consummated, except to the extent such transactions are consummated at a later date under the terms of the Acquisition Documents; (ii) cause the Acquisition Transaction and the Merger to become effective; and (iii) furnish evidence thereof to Agent, as well as Agent certified (as of the Closing Date) true and complete copies of the Acquisition Documents, Documents which shall be in compliance with all applicable laws and for which all necessary approvals shall have been obtained in connection therewith.
