Right of Purchaser to terminate Agreement. Prior to the Closing Date the Purchaser may terminate this Agreement by providing a notice of termination to the Vendor in writing of its desire to do so at least 14 calendar days prior to its decision to do so. After such 14-calendar days' period the Purchaser shall have no further obligations, financial or otherwise, under this Agreement, except for the provisions and obligations set forth in section "1.3" and Article "9" hereinbelow. If this Agreement is so terminated by the Purchaser, then the Purchaser shall have no right, entitlement or interest, legally or equitably, in and to any of the Rights.

  • Option to Terminate If during the Term either the Premises or any portion of the Building or the Project are substantially damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty, the Landlord shall have the option (which it may exercise by giving written notice thereof to the Tenant within sixty (60) days after the date on which such damage or destruction occurs) to terminate this Lease as of the date specified in such notice (which date shall not be earlier than the thirtieth (30th) day after such notice is given).
