ACRA Registration. As soon as reasonably practicable following the grant of the Scheme Court Order, the Company shall deliver the Scheme Court Order to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority in Singapore (“ACRA”) for registration. The Scheme of Arrangement shall become effective upon the lodgment of the Scheme Court Order with ACRA (the “Effective Time” and the date on which the Effective Time occurs is referred to herein as the “Closing Date”).
