Acreage Contributions. If a Party receives an acreage contribution for the drilling of a well on the Contract Area, the acreage contribution shall be shared by each Participating Party that accepts it in proportion to its Participating Interest in the well. As between the Participating Parties, this Agreement shall apply separately to the acreage.
