STANDBY CHARGES. In consideration of Xxxxx's requirement for standby service for Buyer's requirements in Priority-of-Service Category 3C, Xxxxx agrees to pay Seller the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per month as a standby charge. This charge shall be in addition to any other monies charged for standby volumes delivered in Priority-of• Service Category 3C from Seller's system supply.

STANDBY CHARGES. Metro West Ambulance shall not charge for non-dedicated standby coverage when units are part of the system status plan.
STANDBY CHARGES. The Participating Parties in a well or well operation conducted immediately prior to the delivery of (a) a proposal for a substitute well or a subsequent operation in a well or (b) a supplemental AFE are responsible for charges associated with the well or well operation that accrue before that delivery. All charges, which accrue after that delivery, are the responsibility of the Participating Parties in the substitute well, subsequent operation, or supplemental AFE. If (a) the proposal of a substitute well or subsequent operation or (b) the supplemental AFE is not approved, the Participating Parties in the well or well operation conducted immediately prior to the delivery of that proposal or supplemental AFE are responsible for the charges that accrue after that delivery.
STANDBY CHARGES. In addition to the Estimated Fee, "Standby Charges" (as defined below) may be incurred in connection with Company's Services; provided, however, that Company will use reasonable, good faith, commercially reasonable efforts to avoid such Standby Charges, or, if unavoidable, to minimize such Standby Charges. "Standby Charges" shall mean those charges incurred and borne by Company for scheduled labor or facilities that are not used due to Client's delays, which charges Company deems unavoidable, as determined in its good faith, commercially reasonable judgment. Standby Charges, if any, will be billed at an overage rate which shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by the parties hereto and set forth in Exhibit "B", which rate shall be not less than Company's actual, out-of-pocket costs in connection with the applicable Standby Charges (inclusive of facilities held and/or labor scheduled).

CREDITWORTHINESS Seller, in order to satisfy itself of the ability of the Buyer to meet its obligations under the contract, may conduct periodic reasonable credit reviews in accordance with standard commercial practices. Xxxxx agrees to assist in these reviews by providing financial information and at the request of the Seller, will maintain such credit support or surety including, but not limited to, an unconditional and irrevocable letter of credit to provide adequate security for protection against the risk of nonpayment.
STANDBY CHARGES. CONTRACTOR shall charge a requesting CGA Member $2,100.00 for the Primary Contract Aircraft and $1,500.00 for the Secondary Contract Aircraft, and $1,250.00 for the Aero Commander 690A Spotter Aircraft for standby time. A minimum charge of 5 hours shall be charged if the plane is not actually dispatched. Standby charges shall cease to accrue (a) immediately upon an instruction to terminate standby by the requesting CGA member or (b) upon an order by the requesting CGA Member to dispatch the Aircraft that has been on standby.
