Across the Board Increases. 1. Effective the payroll week of April 9,1984, all part-time employees on the Employer's payroll shall receive an across-the-board increase of fifty ($.50) cents per hour. 2. All part-time employees on the payroll prior to April 9,1984, shall receive in addition to the increase in Paragraph 1 above, the following across-the- board increases, or the new applicable wage progression, whichever is greater.
