Common use of ACS Amendment Clause in Contracts

ACS Amendment. The ACS is amended to replace Exhibit B: Florida Special Contract Conditions in its entirety with Exhibit C: Additional Special Contract Conditions, which are incorporated into the ACS by reference herein.

ACS Amendment. The ACS is amended to replace Exhibit BA: Florida Special General Contract Conditions in its entirety with Exhibit CD: Additional Special Contract Conditions. Any and all references in the ACS to terms and conditions are hereby replaced with the attached Exhibit D: Special Contract Conditions, which are incorporated into the ACS by reference herein.

Any and all references in the ACS to Florida Special Contract Conditions are hereby replaced with the attached Exhibit B: Additional Special Contract Conditions, which are incorporated into the ACS by reference herein.
