ACS Obligations. A. ACS shall service LENDER’s Federal Sxxxxxxx (SSL), Federal PLUS and Federal Consolidation loan accounts as provided herein, and any similar student loan accounts as may be mutually agreed upon (the “Accounts”). For the purposes of this Agreement, an “Account” shall mean one or more loans having the same holder, borrower (and student in the case of a Federal PLUS loan), loan program, Guarantor, maturity date and repayment terms. Sxxxxxxx loans, whether subsidized or unsubsidized, shall be considered to have been made under the same loan program.
