ACT REPORTS. The Master Servicer shall, on behalf of the Seller, make all filings required to be made by the Seller with respect to the Class A Certificates and the Class I-B-1, Class I-B-2, Class I-B-3, Class II-B-1, Class II-B-2 and Class II-B-3 Certificates pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Master Servicer shall file directly with the Securities and Exchange Commission the certification required under the Sarbanxx-Xxxxx Xxx xf 2002, which shall be signed by the senior officer in charge of the master servicing function of the Master Servicer.
