Common use of Acting Duty Chief List Clause in Contracts

Acting Duty Chief List. Fire Captains on the Acting Battalion Chief list who are able to meet the response time requirements contained in the “Duty Chief of Incident Command and Support” SOP, and who request to serve as an Acting Duty Chief (ADC), will be placed on an Acting Duty Chief list for a 24 hour period. Management will make ADC assignments from the ADC list and will endeavor, but not guarantee, to distribute these assignments as equitably as possible.
