Common use of Action by Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent Clause in Contracts

Action by Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent. The obligations of the Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent hereunder are only those expressly set forth herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent shall not be required to take any action with respect to any Default or Event of Default, except as expressly provided in Article VI. The duties of Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent shall be administrative in nature. Subject to the provisions of Sections 7.1, 7.5 and 7.6, Administrative Agent shall use the same care in the administration of the Loans in the same manner as Administrative Agent uses in the administration of its own loans.
