The Administrative Agent’s notice to the Borrower shall specify (A) the aggregate principal amount of the Bid Rate Borrowing for which offers have been received and (B) the principal amounts and Absolute Rates or LIBOR Margins, as applicable, so offered by each Revolving Lender (identifying the Revolving Lender that made such Bid Rate Quote).

No Lender shall be relieved of its obligation to fund a Money Market Loan, and no Designated Bank shall assume such obligation, prior to the time the applicable Money Market Loan is funded.
