Action by Administrative Agent; Exculpatory Provisions. (a) If the Administrative Agent receives from the Borrower a written notice of an Event of Default or if the L/C Issuer or any Lender shall notify Administrative Agent of the existence of a Default or Event of Default, the Administrative Agent shall promptly give each of the Lenders and the L/C Issuer written notice thereof. The Administrative Agent shall not have any duties or obligations except those expressly set forth herein and in the other Loan Documents, and its duties hereunder shall be administrative in nature.
