Action by Association. Upon receipt of the recommendations, the ASSOCIATION shall vote on the recommendations no later than ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The ASSOCIATION shall notify the Superintendent in writing no less than twenty-four (24) hours from the date of the ASSOCIATION's decision to either accept or reject the decision.
