Termination by the UniversityThe University may terminate or temporarily suspend some or all of its responsibilities under this Agreement with or without notice where (1) the University in its sole discretion determines that the continued operation of University housing or dining services for either a set or indefinite period of time is infeasible or impractical; or (2) due to circumstances beyond the University’s control, the University concludes that it is appropriate to suspend housing or dining services for a set or indefinite period of time.
Termination by the UniversityThe University may terminate this RLA under any of the following circumstances:
Termination by the UniversityTenant agrees that the right to use said Rental Property may be terminated for any reason by the University upon thirty (30) or sixty (60) days' written notice.
Termination by the University. The university may terminate the agreement, with no right to a refund and an assessment of the $500 Housing Cancellation Fee, for the following reasons: 1. Repeated nonpayment; 2. Disciplinary suspension or expulsion of the student from the university; 3. Disciplinary eviction of the student from university housing; 4. Failure by the student to meet the university’s academic and/or technical requirements; or 5. Violation of a material term or condition of occupancy by the student and/or his/her guest(s). Those students whose agreements are terminated by the university during the winter break period following the fall semester are required to completely vacate their residence hall space by no later than the Friday prior to the start of classes for the spring semester. In all other situations, the student will be required to immediately vacate university housing upon termination of the agreement. The university reserves the right to take necessary measures to remove a student and belongings remaining in university housing after termination of the agreement. The university shall also charge the student a pro-rata charge, plus penalty fees, for each day remaining after such termination.
Termination by the University. A. This Agreement is subject to termination by the University in the event that University housing is partially or totally damaged or destroyed, or under construction, renovation, or repair; if assigned University housing is necessary for use in order to accommodate special needs of the University as they arise; and/or when the University is closed or experiencing exigent or emergency circumstances including, but not limited to, public health crises, pandemic, epidemic, or wide spread illness or infestation. The University may also, at its discretion, terminate this Agreement for other relevant reasons including when the University has reasonable cause to believe that a resident presents a risk to the interest, order, health, safety or general well-being of the residential community.
Termination by the University. If a resident is suspended, dismissed, expelled or otherwise removed from the University or the residence halls for disciplinary or academic reasons or fail to enroll, the University will have the right to terminate this contract. In such cases, the resident will be required to vacate the room within forty-eight (48) hours after notification of such action by the University or sooner if in the opinion of The Office of Residence Life there is a threat to the welfare of residents or property. When The Office of Residence Life believes that the continued presence of the resident in the residence halls poses a continuing danger to person or property or presents a threat of disruption of the normal operations of the residence halls, the resident may be removed from housing pending the outcome of a resident housing appeal proceeding to determine the resident’s future housing status. Residents who are removed from the residence halls for behavior not in keeping with The Office of Residence Life community standards and procedures (as defined in the Office of Residence Life Housing Guide and Student Handbook), as well as those students who are removed from the residence halls due to academic reasons, are subject to pro-rated housing charges through the check-out date.

Ceasing to maintain registered student status. b. Allowing unauthorized guests on premises. c. Allowing pets on the premises. d. Failing to pay the Housing Fee promptly.
