Action by Steering Committee and Dispute Resolution. The Steering Committee shall consist of such number of members and alternate members as the Parties may determine from time to time. Each Party shall appoint fifty percent (50%) of the permanent and alternate members of the Steering Committee. The members of the Steering Committee representing a Party and present at a meeting shall have one vote, collectively.
