Action in Abeyance. (1) Until the Parties have obtained the Final Order or this Settlement Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, whichever occurs first, Class Counsel, the Plaintiff and the Class agree to hold in abeyance all other steps in the Action, other than the settlement approval motions contemplated by this Settlement Agreement and such other matters required to implement the terms of this Settlement Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.
