Action of Others. The knowledge and/or actions, or failure to act, of any director, officer, agent, or employee of the Corporation shall not be imputed to the Indemnitee for purposes of determining the right to indemnification under this Agreement.

Property of Others Unless otherwise specifically stated in the contract, the Insurer is not liable for loss or damage to property owned by any person other than the Insured, unless the interest of the Insured therein is stated in the contract.

Rights of Others I understand that the Company is now and may hereafter be subject to non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements with third persons which require the Company to protect or refrain from use of proprietary information.
