Action Subsequent to Voting. 15.6.1 By the date specified in clause, 15.6.6, the Member, the Member's Xxxx, and Chair shall be informed of the Senate Promotion and Tenure Committee's recommendation, including a numerical record of the vote upon which the recommendation is based, and a written statement of reasons for that recommendation. If the recommendation is not unanimous, the statement shall include reasons supporting and opposing the recommendation. Such reasons shall relate only to the conditions and criteria for tenure and promotion.
