PARs of Full-Time Term Instructors. 7.1 The PARs of Full-time Term Instructors shall include the following items: (a) a summary statement of accomplishments; (b) a record of teaching activities and accomplishments including (but not limited to):  courses taught and number of students in each course;  number of undergraduate students advised;  results of teaching evaluations by students and those that have been requested by the Xxxx or Program Chair and any Peer Reviews completed under the provisions of this Agreement, if the Member chooses to submit them;  participation in teaching workshops, training sessions or seminars;  evidence of new course preparation and course revision, including innovative approaches to teaching;  number of courses distance delivered and means utilized for delivery; and (c) any other information the Member considers relevant. 7.2 Term Instructors report on time spent on leave as per Article 21A.3.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38-hours per week.

  • Regular Full-Time Employee A regular, full-time employee is one who is scheduled to work a minimum of forty (40) hours per week, on a regular basis.

  • Notice to Union of Long Term Layoff In the event of a pending layoff of a permanent or long-term nature, the Home will: (a) Provide the Union with ninety (90) days’ notice; (b) Meet with the Union to review the following: i) The reasons causing the layoff; ii) The service which the Home will undertake after the layoff; iii) The method of implementation, including areas of cutback and the employees to be laid off. It is understood that permanent or long-term nature means a layoff which will be longer than eight (8) weeks.

  • Full-Time Position Executive accepts such employment and agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, energies and attention to the performance of his duties hereunder. Nothing herein shall be construed as preventing Executive from making and supervising personal investments, provided they will not interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties hereunder or violate the provisions of Section 5.4 hereof.

  • Department’s Contract Manager The Department’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Department’s oversight of the Contract, will be identified in a separate writing to the Contractor upon Contract signing in the following format: Department’s Contract Manager Name Department’s Name Department’s Physical Address Department’s Telephone # Department’s Email Address If the Department changes the Contract Manager, the Department will notify the Contractor. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.

  • C-TPAT In connection with providing Goods and Services to AGILENT, Seller shall comply with Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C- TPAT) or equivalent supply chain security measures. When requested by AGILENT, Seller shall demonstrate compliance by providing certification thereof to AGILENT.

  • Full-Time A full-time employee is an employee who regularly works forty (40) hours per week and 2080 hours per calendar year.

  • DELIVERY: FOB DESTINATION, INSIDE DELIVERY, FREIGHT PAID Whenever possible, contractors should give the ordering entities 3 working days prior notice of any deliveries and/or installations. Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery. All deliveries will be made during normal working hours unless otherwise arranged with the ordering entity. Contractor will communicate any scheduling delays and/or changes immediately. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.
