Common use of Actions by Originators Clause in Contracts

Actions by Originators. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Borrower will not consent to (i) any change or removal of any notation required to be made by any Originator pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, or (ii) any waiver of or departure from any term set forth in Article V of the Purchase and Sale Agreement, in each case without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.
