Amendments to the RPA. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2 below, the RPA is amended as follows:
1.1. The following new definitions are added to Section 1.1 of the RPA in appropriate alphabetical order:
Amendments to the RPA. The Seller, the Servicer, the Purchasers, the Purchaser Agents and the Administrative Agent hereby agree that the RPA is amended in its entirety in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.
Amendments to the RPA. The RPA (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) is amended in accordance with Exhibit A hereto: (a) by deleting each term thereof which is lined out and (b) by inserting each term thereof which is double-underlined, in each case in the place where such term appears therein. A non-redlined “clean” copy of the RPA, as amended hereby (including all exhibits and schedules thereto), is attached hereto as Exhibit B. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any prior amendment or amendments to the RPA, the RPA (including all exhibits and schedules thereto) set forth in Exhibit B hereto reflects the current agreement of the parties hereto as to all of the terms and provisions of the RPA and such exhibits and schedules as of the date hereof.
Amendments to the RPA. The RPA is hereby amended as follows:
(a) The RPA is hereby amended to incorporate the changes reflected in the conformed copy of the RPA attached hereto as Exhibit A.
(b) Exhibit F to the RPA is hereby replaced in its entirety with Exhibit F attached hereto.
Amendments to the RPA. Effective as of the Agreement Effective Date and subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 5 below, the RPA is hereby amended as follows:
2.1 Section 7.1(b) of the RPA is hereby amended to add the following as a new clause (vii) thereof:
Amendments to the RPA. Effective as of the date hereof, subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3 below, the RPA is hereby amended as follows:

Section 7.1 (b) of the RPA is hereby amended to delete clause (vii) thereof in its entirety and replace it with the following:
Amendments to the RPA. The Seller, the Servicer, the Purchasers, the Purchaser Agents and the Administrative Agent hereby agree that, effective as of the date hereof, the RPA is hereby amended to delete the stricken text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: stricken text) and to add the double-underlined text (indicated textually in the same manner as the following example: double-underlined text) as set forth in the pages attached as Exhibit A hereto.
Amendments to the RPA. The Seller, the Servicer, the Purchasers, the Purchaser Agents and the Administrative Agent hereby agree that the RPA is amended as follows:
(a) Effective as of the date hereof, the RPA is hereby amended by adding the following new Section 4.4 immediately following Section 4.3 thereof:

(a) the defined term "DBRS" is deleted in its entirety;
(b) the defined term "Eligible Deposit Account" is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted therefor:
