Common use of Actions by Servicer Clause in Contracts

Actions by Servicer. Unless a Credit Event has occurred and is continuing or the Sponsor has no further obligation pursuant to its guaranty set forth in the Loan Facility Agreement, Servicer shall at all times endeavor to comply with the requirements set forth in this Servicing Agreement and the Loan Facility Agreement, provided that Servicer shall not be required to take any action which it reasonably determines would expose Servicer to unreasonable risk of liability or which is contrary to applicable law or which is contrary to the terms of the Operative Documents.
