Actions for Violations of this Article. Employees may challenge practices or actions that they allege violate the provisions of Sections 9.1 and 9.3 through the University’s Discrimination Policy and procedures, and/or using those remedies available through applicable law. Alleged violations of Sections 9.1 and 9.3 will not be the subject of grievances under Article 40
