Common use of Actions of Buyer at the Closing Clause in Contracts

Actions of Buyer at the Closing. At the Closing, Buyer shall: (a) deliver to Seller the Purchase Price (as adjusted pursuant to the provisions hereof and net of the Deposit) by wire transfer to an account designated in writing by Seller; (b) execute and deliver the Statement; (c) take possession of the Assets; (d) execute, acknowledge and deliver the Assignment and any other agreements provided for herein or necessary or desirable to effectuate the transactions contemplated hereby; (e) execute and deliver the Transition Services Agreement; and (f) execute and deliver the Concurrent Rights Agreement.
