Actions of Company. The respective liabilities of each of the Obligors under the Finance Documents shall not be in any way affected by: (a) any irregularity (or purported irregularity) in any act done by or any failure (or purported failure) by the Company; or (b) the Company acting (or purporting to act) in any respect outside any authority conferred upon it by any Obligor; or (c) the failure (or purported failure) by, or inability (or purported inability) of, the Company to inform any Obligor of receipt by it of any notification under a Finance Document.
