Common use of Actions of Company Clause in Contracts

All acts and determinations of the Company under this Agreement shall be subject to prior approval of the Board of Directors of the Company and shall be implemented by one or more of the directors, employees or agents of the Company other than Employee, and Employee may not take any action or make any determination on behalf of the Company under this Agreement.
