Actions of Exchangeable Holders. The Exchangeable Holders shall have the right to institute any action, suit or proceeding or to exercise any other remedy under or pursuant to the Agreement or the Voting Agreement in relation to directing the exercise of rights attached to a Special Voting Share as the Trustee might have taken.
