Language of Agreement. Each Party acknowledges having requested and being satisfied that this Lender’s Direct Agreement and related documents be drawn in English. Chacune des parties reconnaît avoir demandé que ce document et ses annexes soient rédigés en anglaise et s’en declare satisfaite.
Language of Agreement. The use of the masculine or feminine gender in this Agreement shall be construed as including both genders.

(b) For greater certainty, all correspondence, notices, drawings, test reports, certificates, specifications, information, operating and maintenance instructions, name plates, identification labels, instructions and notices to the public and staff and all other written, printed or electronically readable matter required in accordance with, or for purposes envisaged by, this Guarantee shall be in English.
Language of Agreement. If this Agreement is translated into another language, both texts would be deemed to be authentic but the English text would prevail in the event of a dispute.
