Actions of Representatives. A decision, act, consent or instruction of the Company in respect of any action hereunder shall constitute a decision of any Issuer and shall be final, binding and conclusive upon each such Issuer and the Purchasers may rely upon any decision, act, consent or instruction of the Company hereunder as being the decision, act, consent or instruction of each and every such Issuer. Notice delivered to the Company shall for all purposes constitute notice to all Issuers. The foregoing shall be binding upon all Issuers and all transferees and assignees thereof.
