Staff Representatives. A. The Union will provide the Employer with a written list of staff representatives and the bargaining unit for which they are responsible. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.
B. Staff representatives may have access to the Employer’s offices or facilities to carry out representational activities. The representatives will notify the Employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the Employer. The staff representative may meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employee’s meal periods, rest periods, and before and after the employee’s shift.
C. The Employer’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.

C. The College’s written Board of Trustee or administrative policies pertaining to employees represented by the Union will be made available to staff representatives.

The Employer will recognize any staff representative on the list. The Union will provide written notice to the Employer of any changes within thirty (30) calendar days of the changes.

The representatives will notify local management prior to their arrival and will not interrupt the normal operations of the agency. In accordance with Section 38.4 below, staff representatives may also meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during their meal periods, rest periods, and before and after their shifts.

The representatives will notify Human Resources prior to their arrival on campus grounds and will not interrupt the normal operations of the institution. If the staff representative intends to be on campus between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am, the representative will inform Human Resources before 4:00 pm on the day of their arrival. In accordance with Section 39.4, staff representatives may also meet with bargaining unit employees in non-work areas during the employees’ meal periods, rest periods, and before and after their shifts.

Staff representatives will be allowed access to the Employer's premises as long as the health, safety and welfare of the clients is maintained. Staff representatives will be allowed access to the worksite of employees in the Criminal Justice Centers and Prison and Work Release program in accordance with Department of Corrections policy. The representative will provide notification to the employer prior to their arrival and will not interrupt normal operations of the Employer. Staff representatives may meet with bargaining unit employees at the work site on work time for reasonable periods of time. Such meetings will occur in designated areas, unless otherwise agreed to.
Staff Representatives. 1. The employer recognizes staff representatives in each school selected by the CTA to represent its members and agrees that staff representatives shall not be hindered, coerced, restrained or interfered with while representing members.
2. For the purposes of this article the provisions of Article G.20.1.m shall be excluded.
3. CTA staff representatives shall be provided the opportunity to convene meetings of members in the school, such meetings to be held outside instructional hours.
4. When a meeting with a teacher is to be held at which the staff representative is to be present, the principal shall provide advance notice and schedule same at a time convenient to the parties.
5. When it is necessary for the staff representative to be relieved of instructional time it shall be with no loss of pay.
6. The executive officers or school staff representatives shall not hold discussions or meetings with a teacher(s) at a time when the teacher(s) is assigned to a class.
