The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: 1) : make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this AgreementContract, PROVIDED, PROVIDED that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer of the Fund; 2) ; surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) ; endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) and in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the Trustees of the Fund.

Actions Permitted without Express Authority. The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: (1) make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this Agreementcontract, PROVIDED, provided that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer of the Fund; (2) surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; (3) endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts drafts, and other negotiable instruments; and (4) in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer transfer, and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors of the Fund.

The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: 1) make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this Agreement, PROVIDED, provided that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer of the Fund; 2) surrender securities in temporary form in exchange for securities in definitive form; 3) endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the FundBoard.

The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: 1) make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this AgreementContract, PROVIDED, provided that all such payments shall be identified in writing and accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer of the Fund; 2) surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the Trustees or officers of the Fund.

Actions Permitted without Express Authority. The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: 1) applicable Fund on behalf of each applicable Portfolio: make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this Agreement, PROVIDED, provided that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer Fund on behalf of the Fund; 2) Portfolio; surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) ; endorse for collection, in the name of the FundPortfolio, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) and in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund Portfolio except as otherwise directed by the FundBoard.

Actions Permitted without Express Authority. The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Fund: 1) make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this AgreementContract not to exceed $1,000 per item, PROVIDED, PROVIDED that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer of the FundFund on a monthly basis; 2) surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the Board of Directors of the Fund.

The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the Trust on behalf of each applicable Fund: 1) make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this AgreementAgreement as provided for in this agreement, PROVIDED, provided that all such payments shall be accounted for by the Custodian to the Treasurer Trust on behalf of the Fund; 2) surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) endorse for collection, in the name of the Fund, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) in general, attend to all nondiscretionary non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Fund except as otherwise directed by the FundBoard.
