Actions Regarding Conditions. Prior to the Effective Date, the Debtors shall not take any action or omit to take any action that would reasonably be expected to cause any of their representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement to become untrue in any material respect or that is intended to, or would reasonably be expected to, result in the conditions to the Agreement set forth in Article VIII not being satisfied.
