Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. Each Party will take or cause to be taken all actions that are within its power to control, and will make all commercially reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure its compliance with, and satisfaction of, all conditions in Article 6 that are for the benefit of the other Party.

(a) The Seller agrees to take all such actions as are within its power to control and to use its Commercially Reasonable Efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with all of the conditions set forth in Section 10.1 including, without limitation, ensuring that there has been no breach of any representations and warranties.

(a) Each of the Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to take all such actions as are within its power to control, and to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with each of the conditions and covenants set forth in ARTICLE 7, ARTICLE 8 or ARTICLE 9 which are for the benefit of any other Party.

Each Party shall take all such actions as are within its power to control, and shall use reasonable commercial efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure compliance with any conditions set forth in this Agreement which are for the benefit of itself or any other Party.
Actions to Satisfy Closing Conditions. The Vendors shall diligently take all actions and do all things necessary to ensure compliance with the conditions set forth in section 6.1 of this Agreement.
