Actions Subsequent to Voting. 22.6.6.1 By the date specified in Article 22.5 the Faculty Member shall be informed by the Xxxx of the recommendation of the CPTC and the Program Chair, and shall be provided with a numerical record of the vote upon which the recommendation of the CPTC is based. All recommendations shall include a written statement of reasons for that recommendation. If the recommendation of the CPTC is negative or is not unanimous, the statement shall include all reasons supporting and opposing the recommendation. Reasons shall relate only to the criteria for tenure or promotion.
