Actions to Perfect Liens. Subject to the limitations provided in Section 11.24, all filings, recordings, registrations and other actions, including the filing of financing statements on form UCC-1 and PPSA financing statements, necessary or, in the opinion of the Administrative Agent, desirable to perfect the Liens created by the Security Documents, shall have been filed, registered or recorded or shall have been delivered to the Administrative Agent or the title insurance company issuing the policy referred to in Section 6.1(u) (the “Title Insurance Company”) in proper form for filing, registration or recordation.
