Each Derivative Counterparty’s, Supplemental Credit Enhancement Provider’s and Supplemental Liquidity Provider’s rights consist solely of the right to receive Finance Charge Collections or Principal Collections, as applicable, allocated for such party’s benefit pursuant to the related Indenture Supplement.
