ACTIVATING THE CARD. The Card has no value until it is (i) activated per the instructions on the Card; and (ii) signed by You or another authorized user on the back of the Card, where indicated. We recommend that you activate your card immediately and write down the Customer Service phone number shown on the back of your Card on a separate piece of paper in case the Card is lost or stolen.
