Activities Allowed or Unallowed. 1. For other than ARRA-funded projects, allowable activities are those designated as authorized in each separate Appendix to the MCA or, for facilities for which support is authorized, listed in the Facilities Inventory and Support Plan (FISP) (National Guard Pamphlet 420-10, Chapter 2, and Article IV of the MCA). Unallowable activities are those listed in the Unauthorized Activities/Charges section of each individual Appendix.
