Common use of Activities of LICENSEE Clause in Contracts

Activities of LICENSEE. Licensee shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Licensor and its agents and all Licensor Parties (the "Indemnified Parties") from and against all damages, losses, costs and expenses (including actual legal fees and costs), fines and liabilities incurred by or awarded against any of the Indemnified Parties in connection with Licensee's activities under this Agreement, including, without limitation, claims brought by a person using or relying on any advice given or publication produced and distributed by Licensee.
